How the SotW Works

Every week (usually Monday) this thread will announce the winner of the previous week and the theme for the following week's contest. This thread also serves as the submission thread for that week's contest. Participants are to submit their work in the following format:

In this thread, participants will have 5days to submit their entries at around 23:59 server time on the 5th day. Any submissions made after the voting thread has been updated will not be counted in the contest.

SotW Rules:

- Participants must have 25+ forum posts.
- Signatures must have a size limit of 450x100px (min) ~ 500x150px (max) in .gif/.jpg/.png format.
- Signatures must have a small description/explanation.
- Signatures must contain the letters EK SotW somewhere on the image.
- Signatures must contain the participant's current forum name, an abbreviation of said name, initials/real name.
- Signatures may not include inappropriate or NWS (Not Work Safe) content in keeping with EK's anti-pornography policy. Make sure your work is safe for minors to view. It is up to the judges' discretion as to what is inappropriate.
- All signatures must be new and from the month of the contest. All users found to be using previously made signatures will be disqualified.
- All signatures must follow the theme chosen for the week. If you are uncertain about the theme, ask in the submission thread or PM me.
- Editing of post is not allowed. So make sure that it's final before you post your entry.
- Flaming in the submission thread will result to disqualification.
- Reserved sections will be deleted. Posts unrelated to the event will also be deleted.

SotW Voting:

Voting will take place in a new thread posted 1~2 days before the week ends. Voting will continue until the week ends. At this point, the next week's theme/winner will be posted by Monday of the following week.

Info:

The event will start on monday, the registrations will be open for 1 week and then the fights will begin.
There is no fixed hour or place for the event.
After the registrations are over, each day a GM will log ingame, and pm the participants, when they have two players online, they will set a place for the duels, without letting the others know who is the opponent.
This is a free style event, so if non of the players will use fade dash or roll, then they will both be disqualified.

Using any targeting tool will get you banned permanent

Being online but refusing the duel will lead you to disqualification, pretending to be afk wont work
Multiple characters from the same users is not allowed, they will all be disqualified

How to join the event:

In order to join the event you must be:

Level 170
Rank 18
Honor rank at least 8
Must have at least 30 hours of gameplay ( we will check each entry and reject those with less )
