If you have
ANY ANTIVIRUS, follow this steps:
Step 1: Get your account
Make a new account at:
www.elitecabal.com
Step 2: Downloading the client
Note: If you have another client version, just ignore this step.
Download an official Cabal Client from any of these mirrors:
Step 3: Disabling your AV
Go to your AntiVirus config/settings and Disable it and disable too the Active Shield or Resident Shield.

Step 4: Downloading the patches
Once you have your AV disabled, download the two patches from here:
Step 5: Installing
Now that you have the three files in the same folder, it's time to install them.
Step 5.1: Installing Cabal
Double click your cabal install file.
Install it in the desired folder (ie: C:\Cabal\)
Step 5.2: Installing the Patches

How to install our MiniPatch:

3) Browse to your official+elite fullpatch cabal installation folder (the official client, ie: usa client) and paste (overwriting) all the files.

Step 6: Starting the game
Go to your Cabal installation folder and double click on
EliteCabal.exe
It will start the update application, wait until it's finished and then click Start Cabal.
Check if the game works.
Step 7: Setting your AV
Now you have your game working, it's time to get back your AV.
But
before you do so, you will need to add a new Exclusion Rule for your new Cabal installation folder.
To do this, you will need to search for:
AVG: Tools > Advanced Settings > Resident Shield > Exclusions > Add path: and add your entire cabal folder here, also add the files elitecabal.exe and cabalmain.exe.
Avast: I don't really know where to do this, but if someone could help me, i will be glad to here how to do it.
Once you have this done, just enable your AV again, and check if the game still works.
If it not work, you will need to repeat everything from Step 3.
At this moment, if the game doesn't work:

Remember to
DISABLE your
ANTIVIRUS before you start the download or it will be corrupted.
Now, here is how you will see the new patcher:
