Reasons for this

The recent events with a few ppl. there may be items on the accounts that shouldn't be thus selling of the accounts will not be allowed also do to a lot of fraud and scamming this will not be allowed

if you mean reporting someone doing that you can if you like there account will be looked into to see if they hold anything they shouldn't

if you mean accepting an account from someone be careful who you do that with if they have items they should could result in your account and that one banned

but no only if items that shouldn't be there are found but as i said This is only for the selling/buying accounts with real life money

if ppl are quitting give your account to a friend or just keep it till you come back maybe but selling your account for real life money is not allowed

Isn't that just simple? Do with your account everything what you want (give to friend, granny, girlfriend), but do not sell it for real-life money. Simple.

I start playing Elite Cabal on a FS , than changed accoutn to a FA and then to a BL what im playing atm and dont want to thange that. Can i sell my FS and FA for alz in game?
