Dear Community,

Due to HDD problem, a lot of characters got deleted and items. Sad to say, but we can't retrieve those items and characters.
Those who bought items from the store, luckily, we can retrieve them.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We are all working hard to offer you the best service.

Please post all your concerns on this thread.
Please avoid flames and non-sense post.

I will reward you your lost items.

Just send me a pm with your ign and server and the items you lost.

(Put also crafting, how many slots, whats in the slots, etc)

does that include non-shop items?

also how can you prove that the lost items actually did exist in the first place?

guyz could u help me about my Snake Problems....coz the instruction that give was not effective..i already reinstall the EC and didn't work yet...

i havent yet tried to logged in so i dont know if i lost anything or what.
but if the old servers will be disregarded anyway, i dont care what happens to my items. ^^
