Error: "Cannot create device"

Hello all,
I installed Dekaron on my pc, which it runs windows xp and i get this massage whenever i click start on the launcher: Error: "Cannot create device".
Sometimes it just shows a black screen and closes within a sec. There are other times that not even a black screen pop ups.
I have Dekaron in my laptop which runs windows 7 and i play without a problem.
What's wrong?

P.S.: I don't have any antivirus.

Cannot Create Device
Try each solution at a time. For instance, try solution #1, and if it does not fix the problem, than try solution #2.
1) Open your EliteDekaron folder, go to the Bin Folder, and open option.txt through notepad. Delete everything & save. Than try.
2) Upgrade your graphics' drivers.
